Data Security

- Account data: Retained while account is active
- Backups: 30-day rolling retention
- After cancellation: Data deleted within 30 days
- Support tickets: Retained for 2 years
Third-Party Services

- LLM Providers: Inference infrastructure for AI models (based on your configuration)
