1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DeployOpenClaw (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DeployOpenClaw provides managed hosting services for OpenClaw, an open-source AI assistant. We provision, secure, and maintain dedicated server infrastructure on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Setup fees are one-time, non-refundable after server provisioning
  • All prices are in USD
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on monthly subscription fees. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial payment. Setup fees are non-refundable once server provisioning has begun.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

7. Service Level Agreement

We target 99.9% uptime for all services. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded. Service credits may be issued for downtime exceeding our SLA commitments.

8. Data and Privacy

Your data belongs to you. We do not access, read, or analyze your conversations or personal data stored on your instance. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we retain your data for 30 days for potential export, after which it is permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeployOpenClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
